• You should return the item to us within 60 days of your purchase date. Products received after the 60 day mark, will not be qualified for a refund.
• Before sending back the item, we need you to email us at customerservice@boostlash.com, so we can authorize the return. Please note, that if you fail to contact us before the return item shipment and you have passed the 60 day mark, we won't be able to issue a refund and we won't send the products back to the customer.
• Any items received as a gift with your purchase, should be returned along with the products you would like to return. The value of missing items(gifts received with your purchase) will be deducted from the refund. For missing makeup bag we will deduct $15 USD from the refund amount.
• 20% return processing fee applies on all returned packages.
• Shipping Fee is Non Refundable, even if you have been qualified for free shipping, the cost of S/H will be deducted from the refund amount.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS: If an item is missing or has been damaged during transit, you should report it within the first 48 hours of receiving the package. The items won't be replaced or refunded after 48 hours of receiving the package.

CANCELATION: All cancellations must be done within the 24 hours of the purchase(before shipment).
